The Illusion of Separation

I was watching a video by Nicole of Twin Flame Revolution today, and she said something that hit me: we lie to ourselves when we say we are separate from each other.  I had to sit with that for a moment. I started by considering the science behind our physical world: what does it mean to be "separate" at an atomic or molecular level?  So I began by considering the different forms of matter, such as solids, liquids, and gases.  I reflected on the fact that atoms are mostly space, and so even things that look solid, or opaque, are actually mostly space.  So why don't we pass through things?  Because, while we get close enough for our nerve endings and senses to be affected, at an atomic level there are forces which repel the atoms/molecules away from each other  At an atomic level, we never REALLY touch, because there's energy there. I started to consider the air that exists around everything I could see.  Air is less dense than solids or liquids, so the atoms or mo
